How do I access my digital edition after purchasing?
Your access link and password are included in your order confirmation — available as a downloadable PDF at the end of your order. Click your link, enter your password when prompted, and you're in! For the best experience, we recommend reading in full-screen mode in your browser.

Can I read my issue on a phone or tablet?
Yes! Your digital edition works on any device with a web browser — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. No app or download is required. For the best reading experience on smaller screens, try rotating your device to landscape mode.

Can I read my issue more than once?
Absolutely! Your access link doesn't expire — you can return to your issue as many times as you like. We recommend bookmarking the page in your browser for easy return visits.

Can I read offline?
The digital editions are designed for online reading and work best with an internet connection. If you need offline access, please reach out to us at hello@illustoria.com and we'll do our best to help.

Where do I find my access link and password?
Your access link and password are in the PDF included with your order confirmation. Look for the downloadable file at the end of your order. If you can't find it, email us at hello@illustoria.com and we'll send it to you right away.

Does my reading link expire?
No — your reading link is permanent. Bookmark it and come back whenever you like! Note that the separate download links in your order confirmation email do expire after 24 hours, but clicking an expired link will automatically send a fresh one to your email address.

Can I share my access link with others?
Your digital edition is licensed for single-user, personal use only. Please don't share your access link or password. If someone in your life would love Illustoria, we'd love for them to grab their own copy — it helps us keep making the magazine!


THE 24-HOUR DOWNLOAD WINDOW

I received two download links in my email. What are they?
After purchase, you'll receive a separate email with two download links — either one will work to download your order confirmation PDF. These links expire after 24 hours, but your actual reading link inside the PDF does not expire.

My download link has expired. What do I do?
No worries! Simply click the expired link and a fresh one will be sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout. If you have any trouble, email us at hello@illustoria.com and we'll sort it out.

ACCESSIBLE EDITIONS

Is there an accessible version available?
Yes! We offer a simplified, screen-reader-friendly text version of each issue for readers who are blind or low vision, or who prefer a plain-text reading experience. Your accessible edition link is included in your order confirmation alongside your reading link, and can also be found here.

What does the accessible edition include?
Each accessible edition is a plain-text (.txt) file that includes all article and story text fully transcribed, brief descriptions of every illustration, and complete step-by-step instructions for all activities and recipes. It can be opened on any device using a text editor, screen reader, or plain-text app — no special software required.

REFUNDS & PURCHASES

Can I get a refund on a digital edition?
Because digital editions are delivered instantly upon purchase, we're generally unable to offer refunds. However, if something went wrong with your order or you're having trouble accessing your issue, please reach out to us at hello@illustoria.com and we'll make it right.

Can I buy multiple issues at once?
Yes! We offer bundles of multiple issues. Visit our Shop Digital Editions page to see all available options. Each issue comes with its own access link and password.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

My link isn't working. What should I try?
A few things to try: make sure you're using an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox work best), double-check that you're entering the password exactly as it appears in your PDF, and try opening the link in a private or incognito window. If none of that helps, email us at hello@illustoria.com and we'll get you sorted.

The pages look blurry or aren't loading properly.
This is usually a slow connection issue — try giving the page a moment to fully load, or refresh the browser. For the sharpest image quality, we recommend reading in full-screen mode on a stable wifi connection. If the problem persists, let us know at hello@illustoria.com.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first — confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, email us at hello@illustoria.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your access details right away.
