Studio-Shop Shipping Policy

‍ Studio Collection
Our curated art supplies and creative goods are carefully packed from our California studio. We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging whenever possible to reduce waste while keeping your items safe in transit.

Studio Merch
Made-to-order apparel and merchandise are produced especially for you by our print partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

If your order includes both Studio Collection items and Studio Merch, they may arrive in separate packages.

Studio-Shop Returns Policy

Items in our Studio Collection may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please email us at orders@illustoria.com with any concerns and as many details as possible. The customer is responsible for covering all additional charges and any shipping costs for exchanges or returns.

Because our Studio Merch is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for these items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll make it right.
